   "As a construction coordinator I hired Richard Negrete, the owner of Rainbow Custom Painting, when our regular painter was unable to paint  within the time frame set by my client. My assignment was to have a complete interior painted within 7 days. Richard was an unknown to me, and I retrieved his name from an ad placed in the local newspaper directory. I had spoken to 5 other painting companies before reaching Rainbow Custom Painting. Richard arrived on time to give me a painting estimate on labor and include a very close estimate of time to job completion.
